How can we improve our Stock Selection Guide Tools?

  2. Under research tab have the sites grouped by type of information being sought.

    For example:
    Research (the heading tab)
    EPS estimates
    ----------------- Yahoo (linked to section with EPS estimates)
    ----------------- Reuter (etc)
    Competitors
    ----------------- Yahoo (linked to section with EPS estimates)

    This would serve to prompt the analyst to go to the better sites to consistently get quality information on the topic of interest.

  3. Have all club studies linked in one portfolio

    Allow club members to tag a study so it is part of one portfolio so club portfolio reports can be generated.

  5. Allow stock shares be assigned by portfolio

    During the demo we saw where you can enter stock shares. I would like this to be saved by portfolio.

  7. Add a visual divider between FY data and Q data in the EPS Forecast window.

    Some kind of visual divider between the FY and Q Data for the data displayed on the right side of the EPS Forecast pop-up (PTP Margin, shares outstanding, etc.) would make this data a little easier to read.

  9. For the quarterly data display, move the scroll bar to the bottom of the data grid.

    pre-select the bottom of the quarterly data table so the most recent data is immediately in view.

  10. Add an analyst estimate data panel to the 'Analyze Growth and Quality' page

    Show this data on the page in a panel or other display rather than having to mouse over the graph to see the values.

  11. When developing reporting make sure it considers reports by portfolio

    Toolkit 6 has several good reports and they can be generated by portfolio. Please have SSGPlus have the same.

    Thank you for providing feedback at the BetterInvesting feedback forum! The suggestion ‘When developing reporting make sure it considers reports by portfolio’ is now closed as this is already a requirement for any future portfolio reports in the SSGPlus. Your votes will be returned to you to vote again on something else in our feedback forum.

  12. Allow data to be locked

    Allow the fundamental data to be 'locked' so that new/updated data is only added and doesn't overwrite older or edited fundamental data.

    User entered data is now locked on a row-by-row basis.
    We advise that all ‘non-changed’ data is kept unlocked so it is automatically updated (upon a user initiated refresh/update) in the case of a stock split.

    Allow the user to add future years or quarters of data to their SSG that is saved online.
