Is there a manual for the SSG Plus? If so where can I find it? thank you!

We need an updated reference for the SSG similar to the handbook "Managing Portfolio Wisdom" by Bonnie Biafore but made current. At the moment we have to go to too many places to find info. One shouldn't have to listen to webinars every time they one to verify that they are using the SSG correctly. There needs to be one place with detailed explanations and definitions, both computerized and hard copies, to look things up. Another element of this reference would be a GLOSSARY containing at least all the terms on the SSG and more. This would be much more than just a manual. The core explanations are too cursory. The core doesn't cover anything in the header, particularly about %debt to capital. ALSO - Did you know that section 2C in ToolKit-6 and the SSGPlus are different? Section 2C in the ToolKit-6 provides % Debt to Equity, and section 2C in the SSGPlus provides % Debt to Capital.
