Large "Note" section so we can copy and paste an article on the company. Also we could paste an URL into the "Notes".

Allow line returns so one could #. comments and not have them run continuously. This way one could also align comments if entering different estimates from different sources.

I'd like the carriage returns to remain in tact when text is copy and pasted. Text runs together even if you type in text on seperate lines. One more comment is that it would be great to paste pictures in as well as a notes. For example a snapshot of a bigchart.
