How can we improve our Stock Selection Guide Tools?

  1. Change Color of Graph to Match SSGPlus

    Recommend changing the graph color on CoreSSG to match SSGPlus. Analyze Growth > Step 1:Historical Sales line should be green. Analyze Growth > Step 2:Historical Earnings Per Share line should be blue. They are green and blue on Step 3:Historical Stock Price Review. Evaluate Management > Step 1:% Pre-Tax Profit on Sales line should be magenta.

    When a user progresses from CoreSSG to SSGPlus, the colors will be consistent and thereby reduce confusion.

  2. Enable adding comment while inside an ssg

    Instead of closing an ssg to make a comment, allow that while in an ssg

  3. Show Core SSG Pre - Tax Profit

    Add pre-tax profit as option to display on Analyze Growth, step 3: Historical Stock Price review.

  4. Display Pre-Tax Profit on CoreSSG

    Please add the PTP Chart and Line on the CoreSSG. This is fundamental information that helps us determine whether a company is growing.

    The chart should be added between Step 1: Historical Sales and Step 2: Historical Earnings Per Share.

    Then, the PTP Line could be displayed on the Historical Stock Price Review.

  5. Include (text) fields to explain (remind) the logic used in the calculations, e.g.: the forecasted EPS

    e.g: sales growth / high - low PE. The idea is to be able remember the reasoning, to see which inputs where taken into account, where they came from, what numbers were used, etc.

  6. Integrate more of the info in the "SSG Reference Guide" into the Core SSG tutorial information.

    Consolidate all guidelines into one area so folks don't have to go between a paper reminder and what's online in the tool

  7. Alt+M in the CoreSSG.

    Alt+M is a feature that is highly used in the Toolkit and it would be great to see it in the CoreSSG
